It is crucial for an organization to introduce a new employee in a favorable and efficient way to be able to ensure that the employee quickly reaches the desired productivity. Accordingly, this study intends to widen people's knowledge about how organizations design their onboarding process to make sure that their employees will have a successful entry and quickly adapt to the organization’s productivity.
